Enhance Group Limited have appointed Dr Ruzhen Li as Head of their Investment Consultancy offering.
Dr Li, who is based in London and previously held the position of Head of Research has been with the company for 3 years.
Before joining Enhance, Ruzhen was one of the founding members of investment advisory firm LJ Athene Advisory Ltd, a company that was established after a Management Buyout of Deloitte Private Client Services Limited, where she started her career, completed her CFP and then became a CFA Charter Holder.
Ruzhen completed two first class engineering degrees simultaneously in Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China and was subsequently invited to pursue a PhD in Computer Modelling in Biochemistry with Queen Mary University of London on scholarship from the Government (ORS) and the University itself.
In her position as Head of Investment Consultancy at Enhance, Ruzhen will continue to actively advise on international families who require tailored outsourced investment solutions.

STEP is the worldwide professional association for those advising families across generations, with over 20,000 members across 95 countries. Their Global Congress will be attended by hundreds of delegates from the legal, trust and investment sectors. This will be the organisation’s second Global Congress and the first one to be held in Europe.

Previously, Dr Ruzhen Li was the Head of Research and one of the founders of the boutique investment advisory firm, LJ Athene Investment Advisors Limited. Dr Li completed two first class Engineer Degrees simultaneously in the Shanghai JiaoTong University, one of the top Universities in China. Additionally, she was invited to study for a PHD in Computer Modelling in Biochemistry with Queen Mary, University of London on scholarship from the UK Government (ORS) and the University itself. Dr Li is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong understanding of the business network in China due to her long-standing entrepreneurial interests in the region. Dr Li is a CFA charterholder.
